Shipping policy

All orders ship FREE within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally.

 

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

 

Estimated Delivery: Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days after your order has shipped. Due to the size and weight of our products (infrared saunas, cold plunge tubs, massage chairs, and red light therapy panels), items ship via freight or LTL (Less Than Truckload) carrier.

 

Freight Delivery Notes: For large items, a freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. Items are delivered to the curb or threshold (ground floor). White-glove in-home delivery and placement is noted where included in the product listing.

 

Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Freight shipments may not update as frequently as standard parcel tracking.

 

Damages: Please inspect all items carefully upon delivery. If your shipment arrives damaged, document it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours at support@vitalityworks.store with photos of the damage.
